Every once in a while, the flight trays I made for Every once in a while, the flight trays I made for my son’s Hopewell Brewery in Logan Square need a rough edge buffed out. I just finished a few and they’ll be heading back to carry flights of their delicious brews including Ya Filthy Animal… One of Chicago Tribune Josh Noel’s top 10 winter beers.
